Description
The LCN 4040SE-78 is a heavy-duty, non-handed door closer and electromagnetic holder for fire and smoke barrier doors. It provides single-point hold-open functionality, releasing automatically when power is interrupted. Ideal for facilities requiring code-compliant emergency egress on interior doors up to 4 feet tall, with adjustable hold-open force and full closer operation when not engaged.
This unit mounts on either push or pull side, works with both right and left hand doors, and supports concealed or surface wiring. Available in 24V or 120V (specify at order).
