Description
The LCN 4040SE-STD is a heavy-duty surface-mounted door closer with electromechanical hold-open function, ideal for fire and smoke barrier doors in commercial buildings. It holds doors open via 24V solenoid control until current interruption triggers automatic closing, solving the need for hands-free fire safety compliance on interior doors up to 4 feet wide.
This non-handed, non-sized closer mounts on push or pull side of either left or right hand doors, with field-replaceable components and adjustable hold-open force. Compatible with standard single lever track arms and concealed or surface wiring; optional SEL tracks available. As an authorized LCN dealer, E.D.
