The LCN 4040XP is a heavy-duty door closer arm engineered for high-traffic institutional and commercial applications. It features a 44% increased bearing load capacity, a 3/4" pinion journal, and reinforced steel components for maximum durability. This non-handed closer delivers reliable, consistent performance in demanding environments.
The 4040XP mounts on the hinge side, top jamb, or with a parallel arm bracket on right or left swinging doors, and adjusts to interior doors up to 5'0" and exterior doors to 4'0".
