The LCN 4040XP is a heavy-duty door closer arm engineered for high-traffic institutional and commercial applications. It features 44% increased bearing load capacity, the strongest pinion ever at 3/4" journal diameter, and LCN's V-shield seal for extended durability. This non-handed closer delivers reliable performance in demanding environments.
The 4040XP mounts on hinge side, top jamb, or with a parallel arm bracket on either right or left swinging doors, and adjusts for interior doors to 5'0" and exterior doors to 4'0". UL and cUL listed to ANSI A156.4 grade one, it meets ADA requirements.
