The LCN 4040XP-3077 is a heavy-duty institutional door closer arm engineered for high-traffic commercial and institutional environments. It features 44% increased bearing load capacity, a reinforced 3/4" pinion journal, and LCN's durable V-shield seal with 20% longer life. Built from cast iron, forged steel, and double heat-treated steel components, this non-handed closer handles demanding daily use.
This closer mounts on hinge side, top jamb, or with a parallel arm bracket on either right or left swinging doors.
