The LCN 4040XP-3077EDA is a heavy-duty institutional door closer arm engineered for high-traffic applications requiring maximum durability and reliable performance. Built with a 3/4" forged steel pinion, 5/8" bearing width, and double heat-treated components, this closer solves the problem of premature wear in demanding environments. Its V-shield seal extends service life 20% longer than standard models.
This non-handed closer adjusts for interior doors up to 5'0" and exterior doors up to 4'0", mounting on the hinge side, top jamb, or parallel arm bracket for right or left swing doors. UL and cUL listed to ANSI A156.4 Grade One, it accommodates ADA requirements and pairs with all 4040 accessories.
