The LCN 4040XP-3077 is a heavy-duty door closer arm engineered for institutional and high-traffic environments. It features 44% increased bearing load capacity, a 3/4" journal pinion, and V-shield seals rated 20% longer than standard models. Non-handed design accommodates interior doors to 5'0" and exterior doors to 4'0", making it ideal for demanding commercial applications requiring maximum durability and reliability.
This closer mounts on hinge side, top jamb, or parallel arm positions for either right or left swinging doors. It is UL and cUL listed, tested to ANSI A156.4 grade one, and compatible with all 4040 accessories.
