The LCN 4040XP-61 is a heavy-duty institutional door closer built for demanding high-traffic environments. Featuring 44% increased bearing load capacity, a reinforced 3/4" pinion journal, and an enhanced V-shield seal with 20% longer life, this closer delivers superior durability and reliable performance in demanding applications where standard closers fall short.
This non-handed closer fits interior doors to 5'0" and exterior doors to 4'0", and mounts on the hinge side, top jamb, or parallel arm position.
