With 44% increased bearing load capacity, a 3/4" journal pinion, and reinforced steel components, this closer delivers maximum durability and reliability for demanding applications. Its V-shield seal extends service life by 20%, and the non-handed design works on either right or left swinging doors.
Compatible with interior doors to 5 feet and exterior doors to 4 feet, the 4040XP mounts on the hinge side, top jamb, or with a parallel arm bracket.
