The LCN 4040XP-EDA is a heavy-duty surface-mounted door closer built for high-traffic institutional and commercial environments. It features a 3/4" forged steel pinion with 44% increased bearing load capacity, cast iron construction, and LCN's V-shield seal for superior durability and weather resistance. Non-handed design works on left or right swinging doors.
This closer mounts on the hinge side, top jamb, or with optional parallel arm bracket, accommodating interior doors to 5'0" and exterior doors to 4'0".
