The LCN 4040XP-HEDA is a heavy-duty surface-mounted door closer engineered for institutional and high-traffic commercial environments. It solves closing reliability challenges with 44% increased bearing load capacity, a reinforced 3/4" pinion journal, and an enhanced V-shield seal rated 20% longer-lasting than standard models. Ideal for facilities managers and contractors managing demanding entry and exit doors.
This left-hand closer mounts on hinge side, top jamb, or parallel arm configurations for doors up to 5'0" interior or 4'0" exterior.
