The LCN 4040XP-HEDA is a heavy-duty surface-mounted door closer engineered for high-traffic institutional and commercial environments. It features 44% increased bearing load capacity, a reinforced 3/4" pinion journal, and an advanced V-shield seal for extended durability. Non-handed design allows installation on either right or left swinging doors, making it a versatile solution for demanding applications.
This closer mounts on the hinge side, top jamb, or parallel arm and adjusts for interior doors to 5'0" and exterior doors to 4'0". UL and cUL listed to ANSI A156.4 grade one, it includes fast power adjust technology for quick installation.
