Description
The LCN 4040XP is a heavy-duty surface-mounted door closer engineered for institutional and high-traffic commercial applications. It features a reinforced pinion with 3/4" journal diameter, 5/8" bearing width, and V-shield seals rated 20% longer life. Built from cast iron, forged steel, and double heat-treated steel components, this closer delivers superior durability and consistent door control in demanding environments.
This right-hand model mounts on hinge side, top jamb, or parallel arm (with PA bracket) and adjusts to interior doors up to 5'0" and exterior doors to 4'0".
