The LCN 4040XPT-3038H is a Grade 1 door closer with cast iron body and Liquid X Fluid, designed for high-traffic interior and exterior applications. It solves the need for reliable, durable automatic door closing on pull or push side installations, ideal for commercial buildings, offices, and facilities requiring ADA-compliant self-closing doors.
This closer mounts on hinge side, top jamb, or parallel arm (with PA bracket) on either right or left swinging doors. It's adjustable for interior doors to 5'0" and exterior doors to 4'0".
