Description
The LCN 4040XPT-DE is a Grade 1 surface-mounted door closer engineered for high-traffic commercial and institutional entrances. Its cast iron body and Liquid X fluid technology deliver reliable, consistent performance on pull or push side installations. Adjustable for interior doors up to 5'0" and exterior doors up to 4'0", it mounts on the hinge side, top jamb, or with an optional parallel arm bracket.
This left-hand closer is UL and cUL listed for self-closing doors without hold-open and compatible with all 4040 series accessories. Choose from standard or custom powder coat finishes, optional plated finishes on metal components, or SRI primer for corrosive environments.
