The LCN 4040XPT-H is a Grade 1 door closer designed for high-traffic interior and exterior applications. Its cast iron body with Liquid X Fluid technology delivers reliable, consistent performance on pull or push side installations. Adjustable for interior doors up to 5'0" and exterior doors up to 4'0", this closer suits facilities requiring dependable automatic door closing with ADA compliance.
Mount on the hinge side, top jamb, or with a parallel arm bracket on left-hand swinging doors. Available finishes include standard or custom powder coat, optional plated metals, and SRI primer for corrosive environments. UL and cUL listed for self-closing operation.
