The Norton 410xHDN 689 is a heavy-duty cast iron surface-mounted door closer designed for retail, office, government and commercial facilities. It solves closing speed and safety concerns with adjustable spring tension, backcheck, closing and latch speed controls, making it an economical retrofit solution for buildings that need reliable door control without replacing existing hardware.
This closer is ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certified, UL and cUL listed for 3-hour fire-rated assemblies, and ADA compliant. It mounts to most standard door frames and includes a 10-year limited warranty.
