Description
The LCN 4412HSA-REG is an electrically controlled surface-mounted door closer and holder ideal for high-traffic commercial entrances. When pedestrians open the door to 80 degrees or more, the built-in scanner electronically holds it open, reducing hardware wear. After the last person passes through, a programmable timer (15 or 30 seconds) releases the hold and closes the door automatically.
This left-hand unit operates on 24V power and functions as a standard rack-and-pinion closer during power loss.
