The LCN 4412HSA is a 24V electrically controlled surface-mounted door closer with integrated motion sensing. Designed for high-traffic entryways, it automatically holds doors open when pedestrians approach, then closes after the group passes. Perfect for ADA compliance, retail environments, and facilities requiring hands-free operation without door wear.
This right-hand unit mounts on the push side and functions as a standard rack-and-pinion closer if power is lost.
