The Adams Rite 4550R-01-119 is an interior deadlock lever that unlocks MS pivoted bolt deadlocks with approximately 3 lbs. of downward force on a 3-inch lever. Spring-loaded to return horizontally, it features a status indicator and prevents damage to internal components through clutching action. Ideal for facilities needing ergonomic, hands-free unlocking without compromising exterior key operation.
Install this lever in place of existing key cylinders or cylinder-type thumbturns on any compatible MS deadlock, including Schoolhouse versions, MS1850S, MS1950, and MS1837 models. Also compatible with 1870, 1870HM, and 1877 flushbolts. Not compatible with 7/8-inch backset locks, MS1890, or 2190 Deadlock/Latch models. Includes installation instructions, mounting screws, and drive pins.
