The Adams Rite 4550R-01-121 is an aluminum lever trim for MS pivoted bolt deadlocks, designed for interior door applications where easy manual unlocking is required. This flat lever with spring-return mechanism and LOCKED/OPEN indicator replaces existing key cylinders or thumbturns, solving the need for quick emergency egress without external key operation.
Compatible with MS deadlock models including MS1850S, MS1950, MS1837, and MS-series flushbolts, this unit installs in place of your current interior hardware. Not compatible with 7/8 inch backset locks, MS+1890, or 2190 models. Includes mounting screws and drive pins for single-point and threshold applications.
