The Adams Rite 4590 paddle operator is an ergonomic alternative to traditional knob or lever handles, designed for facilities requiring accessible, push-to-open door operation. This zinc alloy escutcheon with black Rite coat finish works with Adams Rite 4500, 4900, MS+1890, and 2190 series locks, making door entry as intuitive as pushing or pulling in the door's swing direction.
Installation is straightforward on standard 1-3/4 inch thick doors using the included binder posts and mounting hardware. The cam plug (included for 4500 and 4900 series) is secured by cylinder set screw and two hardened steel pins. Available in push, pull, left and right configurations with field-handing capability.
