Description
The Adams Rite 4900 Series Mortise Deadlatch offers flexible traffic control for commercial doors requiring free entrance at certain times and exit-only operation at others. A reverse turn of the key while the bolt is held retracted locks it in place. This mortise lock is ideal for facilities needing switchable access patterns without modifying door frames.
The 4900 is interchangeable with MS1850A and MS1850S deadbolts of matching backset and faceplate shape, and retrofits existing 4500/4700 preparations. Available in three cylinder backsets (31/32 In., 1-1/8 In., 1-1/2 In.), it ships with flat and radius faceplates, strike, and mounting screws. Contact an authorized E.D.
