The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a heavy-duty panic bar solution for metal doors in commercial and institutional buildings. Designed for environments demanding ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 strength and durability, this rim-mounted device features modular construction with minimal moving parts, requiring virtually no maintenance while delivering superior security and reliable egress control.
This right-hand reverse (RHR) model fits standard metal doors 1 3/4 inches or thicker and works with 650 top and 606 bottom strikes for fire-rated applications. The device includes standard hex key dogging and mounts at 41 inches from finished floor.
