The Sargent 80 Series WD8606E is a heavy-duty rim exit device designed for metal doors requiring Grade 1 security and reliability. Built for facilities that demand maintenance-free operation and unsurpassed durability, this panic hardware easily exceeds ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 cycle and strength requirements with modular construction and minimal moving parts.
This right-hand reverse (RHR) model fits metal doors 1-3/4" to 2-1/4" thick with 4-1/2" minimum stile width and includes a 650 top strike and 606 bottom strike (panic and fire-rated). Optional electric features support delayed egress, alarmed exit, and latch retraction.
