The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a heavy-duty panic bar designed for metal doors in commercial and institutional buildings. It meets ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 requirements and features modular construction with minimal moving parts, making it ideal for facilities demanding durability, low maintenance, and reliable emergency egress.
This rim-mounted model (RHR) suits doors 1-3/4" to 2-1/4" thick with 32D finish. Rails are factory-cut to your door width (24"-48"), and standard hardware includes 650 top and 606 bottom strikes. Optional electric features like delayed egress, alarm, and photoluminescent coatings are available.
