The Sargent 80 Series exit device is a Grade 1 panic bar designed for metal doors requiring durable, code-compliant egress hardware. Built for facilities prioritizing long-term reliability, this right-hand reverse (RHR) model exceeds ANSI/BHMA cycle and strength standards with modular construction and minimal maintenance needs.
Fits 1-3/4" minimum thickness metal doors with 4-1/2" minimum stile width. Available rail sizes accommodate 24" to 48" door widths (factory cut to order). Compatible with standard 650 top and 606 bottom strikes, optional electric features (alarm, latch retraction, delayed egress), and both hex key and cylinder dogging.
