The Folger Adam 712 F 24D 612 is a 3-hour fire-rated, industrial-grade electric strike built for extreme heavy-duty applications. Constructed of all stainless steel, it resists high-abuse environments and works with 1/2" to 5/8" throw latchbolts in hollow metal frame applications, solving security and egress challenges in demanding commercial and institutional settings.
This strike is UL 10C certified for 3-hour fire-rated single and double door installations (fail secure), UL 1034 burglary-resistant, and compliant with UL 296, ANSI/BHMA Grade 1, NFPA-252, and ASTM-E152.
