The Folger Adam 712 24D 612 is a 3-hour fire-rated, industrial-grade electric strike built for extreme heavy-duty applications. Its all-stainless steel construction resists abuse in high-traffic environments. Designed for 1/2" to 5/8" throw latchbolts in hollow metal frame applications, it provides fail-secure operation on single and double doors.
This strike meets UL 10C, UL 1034 burglary-resistant, UL 296, ANSI/BHMA Grade 1, and NFPA-252 standards, making it ideal for commercial and institutional facilities.
