Description
The Adams Rite 7140-310-313-00 is an electrically unlocked fail-secure electric strike designed for aluminum, hollow metal, or wood door frames. It solves access control needs for commercial facilities, schools, and offices requiring remote unlock capability with secure fail-safe operation when power is lost.
This 12VDC strike works with Adams Rite 4500, 4900 deadlatches, and compatible cylindrical latches. The field-convertible fail-secure/fail-safe design offers installation flexibility.
