The Adams Rite 7170-440-628-00 is an electrically unlocked fail-secure electric strike designed for hollow metal and wood door applications. It solves access control challenges by providing remote unlock capability while maintaining security when power is off, ideal for commercial facilities, offices, and buildings requiring controlled entry.
This strike features a 4-7/8" x 1-1/4" flat faceplate, accepts Adams Rite 4500, 4900 deadlatches and cylindrical latches, and operates at 16VAC.
