The Adams Rite 7170-310-628-00 is an electrically unlocked fail-secure electric strike for hollow metal or wood doors. Ideal for access control systems, it solves the problem of integrating electronic unlock capability into standard door frames without replacing the entire locking mechanism.
This strike is field-convertible between fail-secure and fail-safe modes and accepts Adams Rite 4500, 4900, and compatible cylindrical latches.
