The Ives 7212 pivot set is a left-hand mounted door pivot designed for heavy-traffic commercial and institutional entrances. This 3/4" offset pivot accommodates standard door frames and solves alignment and durability challenges in high-use applications where traditional hinges wear quickly.
The set installs on top and bottom of the door frame and is finished in sprayed dark bronze for corrosion resistance. Verify your door hand and frame preparation before installation.
