The Ives 7222 INT is an intermediate pivot hinge designed for single-acting doors requiring a mid-point support. This left-hand unit with 3/4" offset is ideal for heavy commercial doors, glass entrances, and applications where top and bottom pivots alone cannot provide adequate stability. It solves alignment and sag issues in high-traffic installations.
