Description
The Ives 7222 is a heavy-duty top pivot designed for commercial and residential doors requiring reliable, smooth operation. Engineered for left-hand doors with a 3/4 inch offset, this pivot suits architects, contractors, and facility managers who need professional-grade hardware that performs consistently over years of use.
Compatible with standard commercial door frames, the 7222 installs at the head of the door frame and pairs with a bottom pivot for balanced support. Sprayed aluminum finish resists corrosion and blends with most modern interiors. As an authorized Ives dealer, E.D. Locks provides expert product guidance and application support.
