The Adams Rite 8622A-42B is a narrow stile aluminum exit device designed for commercial doors requiring reliable emergency egress and security. This battery-operated alarm model fits standard 1-3/4" to 2-1/4" thick doors up to 8 feet tall, with a non-handed pushbar that can be field-cut to your opening width. It solves the challenge of combining code-compliant egress with monitored alarm protection.
The 8622A-42B accepts standard rim cylinders and mortise cylinders (sold separately) for flexible keying configurations.
