The Adams Rite 8803MLR-48 is a Grade 1 narrow stile rim exit device designed for aluminum storefront and glass door applications. Built for high-traffic commercial spaces, it combines a motorized latch retraction system with electric dogging to meet ADA accessibility requirements and emergency egress codes.
This 48-inch device fits standard 1.75-inch to 2.25-inch door thickness and works with doors up to 8 feet tall. Non-handed design and field-reversible trim simplify installation on aluminum framing.
