Description
The HES 9700-605-LBM is a heavy-duty surface-mounted electric strike engineered for Corbin Russwin SecureBolt and Yale SquareBolt exit devices. Its 3/4-inch stainless steel housing eliminates the need for frame cutting during installation, making it ideal for retrofits and new construction where minimal structural modification is required.
Field-selectable for fail-secure or fail-safe operation at 12 or 24VDC, this strike meets UL 1034 burglary resistance, UL 10C 3-hour fire rating, ANSI/BHMA Grade 1, and is Florida Building Code approved and California Fire Marshal listed.
