The HES 9700-630-LBM is a heavy-duty, surface-mounted electric strike engineered for high-security applications. It accommodates Corbin Russwin SecureBolt and Yale SquareBolt exit devices, eliminating the need for frame cutting during installation. This stainless steel strike solves the integration challenge for facilities requiring certified fire-rated or burglary-resistant door security.
The 9700 is field-selectable for fail-secure or fail-safe operation and 12 or 24VDC power. It meets UL 1034 burglary resistance, UL 10C 3-hour fire rating (fail-secure), ANSI/BHMA Grade 1, and Florida Building Code approval.
