The Von Duprin 9827EO is a UL-listed surface-mounted vertical rod panic exit device designed for single and double doors in commercial facilities. Built to ANSI A156.3 Grade 1 standards, it provides reliable emergency egress and fits hollow metal doors with standard 86 or 161 cutouts, making it ideal for hospitals, schools, offices and retail environments.
This non-handed device installs on either side of the door without modification, though handed configuration is required with special dogging or signal switch options.
