The Von Duprin 9827EO-F is a fire-rated exit device designed for surface-mounted installation on pairs of doors up to 8 feet by 10 feet. Built to ANSI A156.3 Grade 1 standards and UL listed for fire exits, this vertical rod device provides reliable emergency egress for commercial buildings, hospitals, schools, and other high-traffic facilities where code-compliant panic hardware is essential.
This model features a smooth mechanism case and is non-handed unless a signal switch option is selected.
