Description
The BEST 9K is a Grade 1 cylindrical lock engineered for demanding commercial and institutional environments. Built to withstand over 4 million cycles and abusive use, it solves the durability and maintenance challenges that plague standard locks. Low-maintenance lever return springs and a corrosion-treated chassis mean less downtime and lower total cost of ownership for facilities managers, schools, hospitals, and offices.
The 9K accommodates standard 2 3/4" backset and multiple door thicknesses (1 3/8", 1 3/4", 2 1/4") with optional spacers. It supports both non-IC and SFIC keying with multiple keyway options including Schlage, Corbin-Russwin, Medeco, and Yale.
