The Sargent 80 Series AD8674E-24V is a heavy-duty exit device designed for commercial facilities requiring ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certified security and durability. Built with modular construction and minimal moving parts, this 24V electric rim exit device provides maintenance-free operation, delayed egress capability, and electric latch retraction—ideal for metal doors 1-3/4" to 2-1/4" thick with 4-1/2" minimum stile width.
This left-hand reverse (LHR) device ships with E-rail (24-32" door widths) and includes 650 top and 606 bottom strikes rated for fire and panic applications.
