The Sargent 80 Series MD8674E-24V is a heavy-duty exit device engineered for facilities demanding long-term security and reliability. Designed for metal doors 1 3/4" to 2 1/4" thick with 4 1/2" minimum stile width, this rim-mounted exit device exceeds ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 standards and features modular construction with minimal moving parts for maintenance-free operation.
This 24V electric model includes latch retraction capability and is compatible with E, F, J, and G rails sized for door widths from 24" to 48". Installation includes standard machine screw fasteners, with the device centerline positioned 41" from finished floor (38" for ADA applications).
