The Sargent 80 Series AD8674J-12V is a heavy-duty exit device engineered for commercial and institutional buildings requiring reliable emergency egress hardware. This left-hand reverse model in 32D satin stainless finish exceeds ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 standards and features modular construction with minimal moving parts, making it maintenance-free and ideal for high-traffic facilities, schools, and security-sensitive environments.
Designed for metal doors 1 3/4" to 2 1/4" thick with 4 1/2" minimum stile width, the device includes a 650 top strike and 606 bottom strike for panic and fire-rated applications.
