Description
The Adams Rite 4512-35-101-313 is a standard-duty mortise deadlatch designed for flexible traffic control in hospitals, banks, and commercial buildings. The reverse-turn key feature allows you to retract and hold the bolt in place, enabling two-way traffic during business hours and exit-only control when needed. Dark bronze anodized finish resists corrosion.
This lock fits a 1-1/8" backset and includes a flat mortised strike for flush-closing doors. It is reversible without tools and compatible with any standard mortise cylinder using an MS cam.
