Description
The Adams Rite 4512-36-101-313 is a standard-duty mortise lock with deadlatch operation, designed for facilities requiring flexible traffic control during and after business hours. Ideal for hospitals, banks, and commercial buildings, it allows two-way traffic by reversing the key while the bolt is held retracted, then locking it in place for exit-only periods.
This lock features a 1-1/8 inch backset, beveled faceplate, and dark bronze anodized finish. It is interchangeable with MS1850A or MS1850S deadbolts of the same backset without stile modification. The steel case includes corrosion-resistant plating and an all-metal latch bolt with hardened steel pins.
