The Adams Rite 4560-501-121 is an ADA-compliant aluminum lever trim designed for commercial doors 1-3/4 to 2 inches thick. This flat lever handle operates Adams Rite 4300, 4500, and 4900 series deadlatches with a natural downward motion, featuring a concave thumb-rest that keeps hands safely positioned away from the jamb even on narrow stiles.
Compatible with Adams Rite deadlatch cylinders, this trim is field-reversible between left-hand and left-hand reverse configurations by repositioning the internal cam and spring clip.
