Adams Rite 4568-501-121 is a flat euro-style aluminum lever trim designed to operate 4500, 4700, and 4900 series latches. The hidden mounting screws create a clean, modern look. This left-hand or left-hand reverse option works on doors 1-3/4 to 2 inches thick and solves the need for ergonomic, code-compliant lever operation on institutional and commercial doors.
The activator cam disc mounts on the handle escutcheon and engages the latch with natural downward motion. Lever and cam disc are easily handed for flexible installation.
