Description
The Adams Rite 4900-35-201-313 is a heavy-duty mortise deadlatch designed for facilities requiring flexible traffic control. It solves the problem of managing two-way traffic by allowing the bolt to be held retracted via reverse key turn, enabling free entrance at certain times and exit-only at others. Ideal for commercial doors and high-traffic applications.
This deadlatch is interchangeable with MS1850A or MS1850S deadbolts of the same backset and faceplate, and retrofits existing 4500/4700 preparations without stile modification. It accepts any standard mortise cylinder with MS cam.
